Here are 10 vital tips with which you can effectively strengthen your bones. Do not fall for deceptive advertisements claiming strong bones that seem like a rock (just by intake of calcium tablets). Here are some natural, proven and effective methods and strategies by which you can regain your bones strength and help build muscle.

  1. Diet plays a very important role. It’s by the time of teen age, bone lengthening and density building takes place. After those years bone lengthening stops and density building process alone remains.There is a growing trend among teen agers that they try to reduce weight by skipping food. It’s during the time of teen age that the foundation for a healthy body is laid. If not having proper diet then the result will be a porous skeletal system easily vulnerable for fractures.
  2. Try to get a good night’s sleep for not less than eight hours.
