Here are 20 killer tips for dieting which will help you reduce your fat and gain those extra toned looks. I won’t say that these diet tips will help you uncover those six packs but these are very good diet tips for getting rid of that extra fat you always wished were never there.

  1. Cut down carbohydrate rich foods.
  2. Make your diet protein rich.
  3. Avoid fried items.
  4. Avoid pickles, pappad, pastries and such.
  5. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.
  6. You can have dark chocolates. They are rich in antioxidants.
  7. Chocolates and cheese are mood enhancers. So you can have them once in a while.
