5 Easy Ways To Pamper Your Feet With Pedicure

It is your feet. Now that you know how important you foot is, here are some tips to keep your feet healthy with pedicure. Your feet have 26 bones, 33 joints, more than hundred muscles, 46 ligaments. It supports the entire weight of your body. It’s well said that out feet reflects our character.  It’s very important that you need to keep your legs clean and beautiful. Beautiful foot adds beauty to an individual. Pamper your feet you are pampering your entire body. The reason being there are acupressure points representing every organ of the body at your feet [such pressure points are also in your palms] If you think you want to get a beautiful feet please read ahead. Pedicure can be done on a daily basis.

Five Easy Steps For Doing Pedicure

  1. Use a nail cutter to shape your nails. Ideal length and curvature for nails : It’s always better to keep your toe nails to have the normal length. This prevents accumulation of dirt. It’s best for brittle nails. An oval shape or a square shape can be followed .Tips of your foot nails should not be allowed to grow into the skin. If you apply nail polish for 15days remove the mail polish for the next 3 days thus allowing your nails to breathe for some time.
  2. Wash your feet with luke warm water and a little soap solution of foot wash.
  3. Use pumice stones to exfoliate the hard, dry and excess skin away.
  4. Take a towel and sponge the water from your feet. Make sure to dry the in-between skin folds of toes.
  5. Apply moisturizer. In cold climate people apply moisturizer as an instinct.  But this has to be done every climate. If your feet are flaky and dry apply enough moisturizer and wear socks and sleep.

Pedicure Every Week.

  1. Shape your nails.
  2.  Take a bucket of hot water. Add mild shampoo 2 table spoon, 1 and half tea spoon of lime juice, 1 tea spoon of salt. If your skin is too dry add 2 table spoons of honey too. .
  3. Dip your legs in this warm water. Water should be there above your ankle joint. 2 and a half inch from the sole.
  4. This hot foot immersion should be done for 20 minutes.
  5. Slowly take your legs from the water and dry them with a towel.
  6. Take a foot scrub and gently massage for 2 minutes. A natural foot scrub will do.mix honey, milk with sugar crystals.[ don’t use finely powdered sugar for this]. Rice powder can also be used for this very effectively provided they are not finely powdered.
  7. Clean after the massage. Wash with luke warm water. Wipe with a towel
  8. Apply a pack. Foot pack could be sandal powder, a little milk, glycerin, tomato paste. Or egg white, besan flour, glycerin.
  9. The pack can be evenly applied all over the legs .allow it to be there for 15 minutes. Then wipe with a towel, then was in water and dry with a towel.
  10.  Apply moisturizer.
