A little about me
I am 26 year old doctor living in India. My hobbies are painting, listening to music and giving health advices to my patients.
Why a blog?
Well I certainly had no idea of what a blog is or even i could do such things in the Internet. All I knew what basic web surfing, chatting, email and such. I take Yoga classes and seminars on Naturopathy. I get calls and emails from my past and present patients/ students asking about diet, yoga etc. I was fed up answering the same question to 100 different people. One day while I was discussing this with my brother, he gave me this idea of a blog. He is a techie and with his assurance that he will manage everything from posting this up to SEO (God knows what that is!!!) I agreed to this. This will help me communicate better with my patients and also help me communicate with people throughout this world (At Least that’s what my brother told me)

What about bodybuilding section? How can you be authentic?
This section is not based on my ideas. I have friends who are doing bodybuilding for the past 5-10 years. I write these articles after carefully consulting with them. Of course you cant expect me to be a body builder, can you?
What can I expect from this blog?
You can expect professional authentic advice from this blog. The reason you should follow me is because health is a delicate matter and should not be messed with. My brother tells me that there are millions of blogs out there managed by people who are experts as well as those who know nothing about health. The problem with following the wrong advice is that you can end up with the opposite result you wished for. I have seen many people taking Yoga classes after coming to me. Do pranayama the wrong was and you could be in worse trouble. So it all depends on the ability of the instructor and the knowledge one has. I am not sure about how other fields in theĀ Internet are doing, but as far as health is concerned, go with the expert. Would you risk your childs health with an article writer?
