Ingredients
- lavender flower 10 grams
- water150 ml
- honey1 tsp honey
Method of preparation
Put lavender flowers in water for 5 minutes. Then boil for 10 minutes. Strain the tea. Add honey and stir well to mix. Try to have this tea in lukewarm temperature.
