Health is your physical and mental condition. That's how I define it. Currently, I'm at my best.

Your health is what your physical body tells you. May it good or bad depends on a lot of factors..environment, psychological, eating habits and physical indulgence(exercise, sports, etc).

As for me, I'm in good shape. My health is at its best!

One can define health negatively, as the absence of illness, or positively, as fitness and well-being. Health also implies good prospects for continued survival.

I don't think that's your definition. :) You are quoting someone else' definition. What does health really mean to you?

I'll share mine. The best way is to define what is healthy to me. Aside from being free from any disease, being healthy means my breathing is normal & I feel energized and just ready for anything.

For me the two definitions that really mean health are...
"the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of an organism" and
the one given by WHO "state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity".
