Comfort foods for us are ice cream, cakes, sweets, junk foods, and soda. We call them food because we feel delighted when we eat them. Contrary to this is that these comfort foods are the cause why we loss our diet control. Then we are back to the square one of our weight control management. This is because we gain weight again because of those comfort foods. Instead of eating these comfort foods you may use lemongrass or sage oil to ease your depression and the feeling of depression. With this you won’t end up eating your comfort foods at all. Through these you able to main a positive track of weight loss management.
