I did try to be a vegetarian but it only lasted for around 3 weeks. Maybe I lacked the intention of being one.
Do you see yourself becoming a vegan?

Controlling yourself is one important thing. You need to focus on your intentions to get something valuable out of life. If you cannot control your emotions for this simple thing, think how you will control your life? It's not a big deal to become a vegetarian, but you need to become one if you decide to

Easy to say but hard to do...LOL
I think the very hard part is the first two weeks. It's when your taste buds adjust and may crave for meat. But after a while, when you get used to this diet- things will be a lot easier.

I have started vegetarianism for a week now. It really needs discipline and focus. I hope andrei is right. I have one more week and everything will be as expected.

Good to hear that baby! For now, I'm still compiling information about vegetarianism.
I believe its good but you should consider the sets of vegetables you'll be eating in a day.Posted 2 years ago # -
No I don't. I eat meat in lesser amount so I have nothing to worry about. I'm just conscious with what I eat and I have lots of veges and fruits.
