This has been repeated over and over--> breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But from my experience, I'd rather skip breakfast than lunch. Missing lunch or even lunch late gives me headache. Not a good experience.
Do you skip breakfast?

As much as possible I don't skip breakfast. I was raised eating breakfast and I'll continue to do so. However late it is, I eat one. Even if it is around 9 or 10 am.

The results of skipping breakfast is not something that will be visible in days or months, it is one of those things that affect you slowly but surely.
My mom never allows me to put my foot out without a proper meal in the morning. Even if i had to go outdoor early, she would wrap something that can be eaten in a couple of hours time.Posted 9 months ago # -
I wake up around 9 and eat around 10. I call that meal "brunch" for breakfast and lunch in one.

Oh I don't skip breakfast. I'm the one preparing it for my family. Skipping one won't help a mother like me.

When I was young, I never skipped breakfast. Mom was always there. When I went to college, I started skipping breakfast. It was just fine. And now as a family man, I always eat breakfast. My wife, just like my mom, always sees to eat that everybody eats breakfast.
Nice cycle..:)

My husband is the cook at home. And I'm so blessed with this because I don't know how to cook. So he prepares the breakfast. Who am I to refuse?

No I can no skip my breakfast because breakfast is the most important useful wok part of the day. It gives totally energy for all day work. If you can not eat breakfast then you can not work perfectly for all day. Through eating breakfast you can fill very healthy.

I sometimes skip breakfast but then I'll have either a big lunch or a healthy snack right before lunch. As long as you are getting all your vitamins and nutrients and the right calories for the day, it doesn't matter when you eat or how often.
