How many meals do you eat per day? I usually miss breakfast and have lunch, Dinner and a small snack at night.

3 meals a day is must

For bodybuilders it is recommended to have 5-6 meals a day. normal people 2-3 would be fine. Night avoid food as much as possible

I usually have 3 meals each day with a small space for either fruits or junk in between the second and third meal of the day.
Breakfast to me is the most important of them all and if required, I am ready to give dinner a skip any time.Posted 4 months ago # -

I eat 3 meals- breakfast,lunch and dinner. Also I have snacks in between. I feel uneasy if I don't have any vege or fruits for a day.

I stick to three meals a day. And when I feel hungry, I just grab some healthy snacks.

I eat around 4-5 times a day but in small amounts. I don't much in one meal.
