Stress...stress...stress. I've been hearing this word from my colleague for the past days. The fact is, it's getting too much of our energy. How can one avoid stress?

You can avoid smoking or trying to use alcohol as a form of tress reliever it will not work,avoid some news items, avoid argument,avoid some types of music such as hard rock and rap music.If you discuss this with a close friend or family member, it may help them and you to be aware of the reasons why you are feeling stressed. Simply talking it through may help.You can read good news so it is very benefit for healthy health.

You shouldn't avoid stress completely. There is such thing as good stress. Stress keeps us sharp and boosts our immunity. But too much stress can be harmful leading to high blood pressure and possibly a stroke or heart attack.

Many issues of life we are faced with has actually exposed us to a lot of stress, some are able to handle their stress and because of this they have been able to give us their own remedy to overcoming or avoiding stress.Do not even think about starting an argument about who's taking the trash out, or who did or didn't do something.
