I think I'm having a mild depression.

Someone with mild depression will show a diminished interest in things which he or she usually finds interesting or enjoyable. If you feel this, then you might have one. Sufferer may carry on with their normal lives, only appearing low in spirits and possibly less sharp in their thinking or in their interest.
Lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, relaxation, ensuring sufficient and regular sleep, etc. are often sufficient to treat mild depression.

Is that true baby? I'm afraid I'm also having mild depression once in a while. Especially when I'm not able to do any form of exercise in a week.

It is also called dysthymia. It's one of the most common ailments that most of the people experience or suffer at some point of time. And as baby mentioned, treatments for this are relatively easy.

I have that feeling sometimes. But I haven't consider it as a mild depression. When I have that feeling, I go for exercise or play any sport I have in mind. My goal is just to sweat.

Well depression is a physical and physiological disease. Sometimes it because of something very upsetting happening in your life such as a death or some sort of lost or a traumatic event in your life but sometimes it just an chemical imbalance in your brain.
