   Whats you current health condition? I think I am in reasonably good shape although I need to try eat more greens and drink more water.

   I am also in a pretty good state
   I have traces of "Hepatitis A" though
   But it is not active

   I have been pushed a bit away form my regular exercises because of the workload in this period of financial crisis and recession but because of my earlier practices I am still in fine shape.

   My health conditions is very good compared to last year when i suffered form maleria.
   I am now caring lot of for my body & eating hygenic food.

   I have STD but its inactive. So overall, I feel ok. It feels like the STD issue is just in the papers. :)
