You don’t have to add any sort of artificial additives, corn flour, all what you need is some green leafy vegetables and a few spices. This soup will give you some additional benefit they are

Ingredients for your healthy green soup
- Spinach- 2 ½ cups
- Drum stick leaves-2 ½ cups
- Celery- finely chopped- 1 cup
- Curry leaves-1/4th cup.
- Chopped green chillies-1
- Ginger very finely chopped-1 table spoon
- Cumin seeds-half teaspoon
- Asafetida-a small piece
- Sesame- ½ teaspoon
- Pepper powder- ½ to 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation of your green soup
Cook spinach, drum stick in 4 cups of water. Add green chilies and ginger. Cook and smash well. Then add celery. Season sesame, curry leaves, cumin, and fenugreek. Add these to the soup. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt. Stir well. Serve hot.
