Ingredients

  1. Passion fruit-6
  2. Plantain-4
  3. Honey-2 table spoons

Method of preparing this healthy snack

Cut plantain in to small cubes. Using a spoon take the delicious flesh of the passion fruit. Mix it with plantain cubes. Add honey to this flavorful mix and blend well. Take the mix in a dessert bowl. Keep in the refrigerator till it sets.

Ingredients

  1. Juice of ripe tomato-550 ml
  2. Tabasco sauce-35 ml
  3. Honey-70 ml
  4. Salt-as needed
  5. Sugar-as needed
  6. Celery-120 grams
  7. Garlic-3 cloves
  8. Red chili powder-1 table spoon [this is optional. If not chili powder can go for white pepper powder]
  9. Onion-0ne to one and half
  10. Lemon juice- 2 teaspoons

Method of preparing this drink

Grind all the ingredients well. Take a cocktail glass dip its mouth in lemon juice and then in salt. Pour the juice to the glass.  Do garnish with celery leaves

just got married looking to get healthy and stay any ideas as to what foods to incorperate in my diet morning noon and night
