Mental health is of special importance. In today’s world many of the diseases are psychosomatic. Due to stress, tension and worries the immunity power of the body is lowered and this makes way for many infections and other diseases. Mental stress will lead to physical disorders. In the same way it does leads to mental disorders. Mental dysfunction is considered to be the most difficult conditions to deal with.

This is a wide topic from anxiety to benign forgetfulness… from Alzheimer to schizophrenia. Mental dysfunction consists of frequent and sudden variation in moods, abnormalities in thought processes, thought contents, behavior, and perception.
There are a lot of reasons for mental dysfunctions.

Reasons for mental dysfunction

  1. A brain lesion.
  2. Use of tobacco.
  3. Love failure.
  4. Alcohol.
  5. Drugs.
  6. The reasons could be age related.
  7. Deaths of loved ones.
  8. Retirement from a job.
  9. Loosing friends.
  10. Diminution in income.
  11. Loss of your day job.
  12. Impairment in vision and hearing.
  13. Prior to any physical illness. E.g. before pneumonia, myocardial infarction, severe fever etc.

Measures to deal with the mental dysfunctions are numerous. But medical help should be sought at the right time. A listening ear is very important. They should be dealt with patience. Good Care should be given for the patients. Diet do plays a great role even in treating mental dysfunctions. They should be encouraged to participate in group events. Encourage hobbies. Psycho analysis should be done. Their weakness should be understood and therapies should be prescribed accordingly.

How do I get assistance for finding out if I have a mental disorder without insurance. I have periodic low life thoughts. Mainly because I’m a loner. Seems like everyone abandons me. My thoughts about life are very unstable. Can someone help?
