This is how to make the normal chapati you eat into a healthy alternative.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour-3/4 cup
  • Salt -to taste
  • Lukewarm water- as needed
  • Oil -5gm

Let’s see how to make it a healthy option

Instead of 3/4th cup of wheat flour, take 1/2 cup of wheat flour and 1/4th cup of soya powder, and 1/3rd cup of drumstick leaves.
