Ingredients

  1. Guava fruit- 50 grams
  2. Pine apple- 20 grams
  3. Black pepper- half teaspoon.

Method of preparation

Take chopped guavas after removing their seeds, add this to chopped pineapples. Sprinkle pepper and mix well. Do garnish with chopped mint leaves.
Good for obese patients. This is another slimmer’s salad or weight reducing salad.  It should be taken by high blood pressure and obese patients.

Ingredients

  1. Baked banana- half cup.
  2. Sprouts-5 tablespoons
  3. Pomegranate-three fourth cup
  4. Papaya-1/4th cup
  5. Mango-1/4th cup
  6. Dates –one
  7. Chat masala-half teaspoon or pepper powder
  8. Salt- to taste

Method of preparation

Chopped fruits should be mixed with either chat masala which is mostly available in Indian stores. The chat masala will give that needed punch for the salad.  If not available go for pepper powder. This salad is highly nutritious.  It does have lots of minerals and vitamins. The nutrient huger body will glow by including this salad once in every two days. If chat masala not going well with your taste buds, then do avoid that. And what you have is an excellent salad for gas complaints
