If you think, you can skip breakfast and can reduce weight, is a myth.

It’s said

Breakfast-eat like a king,

Lunch -eat like an ordinary man

Dinner -eat like a pauper

One of the latest researches reveals an interesting finding that those who don’t have breakfast, develops pot belly. If you skip one meal, your mind will be telling you to have stomach full, to compensate for the loss in avoiding the previous meal. In today’s world, the trend is to have your supper fit enough for an emperor. This will really harm your body. After eating, without a gap of even half an hour, they crash on to bed, once you sleep all body activities should calm down. It’s for digestion that you require a good amount of energy. But it will get sluggish, fewer amounts of digestive juices are produced during sleep and the food remains undigested. This kind of a routine, will gift you indigestion, gastritis, ulcers, constipation, slowly hemorrhoids.

It’s said that you should have food, within an hour from getting up of bed. It should be of 250kc food that you should be having as breakfast. Breakfast should not be skipped by a school kid, or an adult. Indians might be familiar with idly and chapati. Here are some alternatives to make healthy chapati and healthy idly.
