Aging is the result of wear and tear. Muscle mass could be decreasing. If you wish you can delay aging to an extend beyond you could ever imagine. Find the source of cell damage that could occur and reduce it. Get yourself free of diseases. There you are young and energetic.

It’s better to minimize ordinary bread. Instead you can go for whole wheat bread which is a good source of zinc. Zinc helps to boost your natural immunity. Diet should be rich in vegetables and fruits. These are having abundant fibers which aid in having a smooth bowel movement and prevent constipation.
