Drinking a cup of coffee nearing bed time will help you to stay awake and alert. Thus coffee becomes friend of all who burns mid night oil. Friend of Students and night shift workers. I have heard people say that you should stop drinking coffee because it can cause addiction. If you do not drink coffee more than say 5 times a day I don’t think you will get addicted. Still there is some element of truth to the stop drinking coffee campaign carried out mainly by tea lovers.
