Stress is an imbalance of homeostasis. It is mostly the result of conflict within you. To be exact a conflict between what you have got and what you already have.
You get exhausted when you do not know how to cope up with stress and you leave stress unattended for a long time.
The Three Major Issues That Results from a Non Addressed Stress For a Real Long Time Will Lead To:-
- Depersonalization.
- Disengagement.
- Irritability.
- Very serious procrastination.
Recession has lead people to be victims of job stress. When people face economic crisis they do experience lack of security.
People think workaholics are actually enjoying their work and there is no stress for them. But that’s not a right concept. They enjoy the work or not but they are not free from stress and will have to face sever exhaustion and irritability in the long run.
People will go through stress when they have to live with a job they dislike. People spend most of their time at their work place. When exposed to stress constantly and if measures haven’t been taken to cope up with it, the result will be exhaustion and irritability and this will become part of their personality.
It is usually told that when we put a frog in hot water, the frog will jump out of the water. But do you know what will happen if we keep a frog in cold water and heat the pot slowly? Does the frog jump then? No it will not. It will boil to death. This is a very effective example to understand that if we ignore stress then slowly slowly… it engulfs us and exhausts us of our entire energy and nutrient source and gift us a dull personality and make us lose confidence in ourselves.
